MortgageMatch UK is an independent online directory of mortgage brokers and advisers, published with free calculators and general guides. We are not a broker, a lender or a regulated financial adviser, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this site is regulated mortgage advice or a personal recommendation. Only an FCA-authorised adviser can recommend a mortgage for your circumstances.

We compile listings from publicly available information and may contact firms directly to check or improve what we hold. Where a firm has provided or confirmed its details we mark the listing accordingly. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or accurate, and inclusion is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Brokers cannot pay for placement or ranking, as set out in our editorial standards.

Our guides describe how UK mortgages work in general terms and our calculators produce rough estimates from the figures you enter. They do not account for your full circumstances, a lender's own criteria or product fees, and they are not an offer, an agreement in principle or an affordability assessment. Always check the numbers with an adviser or lender before relying on them.

Reviews are open submissions from members of the public and are not individually verified. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, disputed, off-topic or otherwise inappropriate. Do not post personal or confidential information in a review. By submitting a review you confirm it is your genuine experience and you grant us a licence to publish it on the site.

When you contact a broker using the details on this site, you deal with that firm directly. MortgageMatch UK is not a party to any agreement between you and a broker, receives no fee for the introduction, and accepts no liability for the advice they give or the services they provide.

Brokers may claim their listing to correct or expand it, and anyone may report an inaccuracy through the contact page. We will remove a firm's listing at that firm's request. We reserve final editorial control over listing content.

You may not scrape, bulk-copy or republish the directory, use contact details from the site to send unsolicited marketing, submit false reviews, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security. The content and structure of this site are our property or that of our licensors; you may quote and link to it with attribution.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. External links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for the content of other websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MortgageMatch UK accepts no liability for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
